Cancellation Policy

Terms

1. Start Date - Refers to the first day of rental period, starting from 00:00 hrs.

2. Booking Date - Refers to the date of booking made through the platform.

3. Tenant - Refers to the user who wishes to rent the parking slot.

4. Host / Parking Owner - Refers to the party who is listing their parking slot or legally owns the parking slot.

5. Notice Period - The minimum period of notice to be given for cancellation.
